What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details and any notes you choose to share about the vehicle.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see, receive or store your full card number, CVC or expiry date.

Our website may collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To schedule, prepare for and carry out your appointment.

To contact you about your booking — confirmations, changes, and reminders.

To meet our record-keeping and tax obligations.

We do not send marketing email or texts. If that changes we will ask for your consent first, and every message will carry a way to opt out.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor, in order to take payment.

Our scheduling provider, if you book through an external calendar.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our accounting and tax obligations, and delete them once we no longer do.

If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

Your choices
